We aim to provide the highest quality garments to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our Refund & Cancellation guidelines below.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only if:
The product is damaged or defective.
The wrong product or size was delivered.
Return window: Within 7 days of delivery.
Returned products must be:
Unused
Unwashed
In original condition with tags
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
Cancelled orders (within allowed time)
Approved product returns (damaged, incorrect item)
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges allowed for:
Size issues
Wrong product delivered
Exchange depends on stock availability.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
Clearance sale items
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Used or washed clothing
